Starting from your staff list, anything is possible: a simple prize draw, a chain of draws, the winners list reused for a new draw or to build teams, the list of those who have not won yet for a second chance. Everything can go into a scenario.

Each step is a scene in your scenario: the names scroll on the big screen, and everyone sees the result. Our trusted third party system also gives you proof that the draw was fully impartial.

A few scenario previews

• Overview then name picker: the room sees the list of participants, and the draw picks the winners among them.
• Prize draw then recap: each prize finds its winner, and the final recap brings it all together with nothing to retype.
• Three-round prize draw: each round is reserved for those who have not won anything yet.
• Eighty participants, three rounds: three draws of twenty-five winners that run one after the other on their own.

Random team generator

Starting from your staff list, build mixed teams and shuffle the departments, in full view: the teams are built on screen, in front of everyone. Nobody chooses their teammates, and nobody can blame you for the split: the whole room watched chance decide. You have nothing to prove, the screen did it for you.

The teams can then be used for quizzes or competitions, with standings at the end of the event.

Get the room playing

A quiz is played in teams or individually, from phones. Questions appear on the big screen, and answers come in in real time.

This is the moment when everyone takes part at once, including those who would rather not go up on stage.

Close with a competition

A competition chains several rounds and keeps the standings from start to finish.

The final standings go up on screen when the prizes are handed out: that gives the event a proper ending, rather than a last game that simply stops.
