Frequently asked questions about plans

How many events can I create, and how long are they kept?

1 event at a time on the “Discovery” plan, 50 on the “Essential” plan, 1,000 on the “Pro” plan. This is not a yearly total: delete an event and its slot frees up for the next one.

On the “Discovery” plan, your event is deleted 24 hours after it is created.

On the paid plans, your events and their results are kept until the end of your subscription.

What is the difference between raffle numbers and participants?

They are two different things.

  • Raffle numbers: the tickets you draw. They are numbers, with or without a prefix.
  • Participants: anything you draw by name. People, but also plain text entries. They can come from your lists, your social media, phones, kiosks or the website.

How can participants sign up?

  • By phone: each participant scans a QR code and signs up from their phone.
  • At a kiosk: a screen or tablet, self-service or with a host, where everyone signs up. Available on the paid plans.
  • Through the website: an online sign-up form that you share with a link. On the “Pro” plan.

1. ↑ Interactive games: in sync with the big screen, the whole room plays at the same time, each person on their own phone, a quiz for example. Yearly limits apply to prevent abuse.

If you need more, contact us to book a dedicated server, either for a full year or for three days!
