Visitor data protection policy

This text is a translation, provided for information purposes. Only the original French version is authoritative: in the event of any discrepancy, it shall prevail.

Applies to everyone who visits the site

People who visit randraw.studio without signing up are referred to below as VISITORS. The randraw.studio site, published by Philippe BILLAULT (see the legal notice), is referred to as the PUBLISHER.

To summarize what follows: we carry out no advertising tracking and no audience measurement, and we keep almost nothing about a VISITOR.

No advertising tracking, and no statistics

The site uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising cookie and no script supplied by a third party. The fonts are hosted on our own servers.

Cookies

Only cookies necessary for the site to function may be set, which means that your consent does not have to be requested:

  • a session cookie, which makes the forms work;
  • a 30-minute cookie that remembers the scene or scenario you have chosen, for as long as it takes you to sign in or sign up.

Third-party service

The “Continue with Google” button sends nothing to Google until you click it.

IP addresses

IP addresses are personal data within the meaning of the GDPR. Here is what we do with them:

  • to display prices in the currency of your country, we infer that country from your IP address using a database installed on our servers, without any call to an external service. The address is not kept;
  • when you write to us through a form, we keep your IP address truncated by its last octet (IPv4) or its last eight octets (IPv6), which makes it anonymous. It is used to limit abusive submissions;
  • to limit repeated attempts at passwords and codes, we count the attempts per IP address for 24 hours.

This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.

Server logs

In the event of a serious error, the server records in its technical logs the information needed to understand the error. These logs are rotated: the oldest are deleted over time.

Complaints

For any request concerning this policy, you can write to us through the contact form. If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
