Three scenes in a row: the participants on display, the prize draw, then the winners recap, fed automatically by the draw.

Overview

The scenario shows the participants, then draws and awards the prizes, and ends with a recap of the winners.

When to use it

For a prize-giving where, at the end, everyone can check who won what.

How to configure it

The scenario needs the participants' names and the prizes, with their stock. During the draw, each prize is awarded as many times as it has units, at your own pace, and you are the one who moves on to the next prize. The recap is then browsed prize by prize in front of the room.

1

Dynamic participant display

Participant names pop up all over the screen, then fade as others arrive. The participant total also appears, alone in the center.

2

Give out prizes to winners on a departure board

Winners' names, drawn at random, build up letter by letter on a departure board, next to the prizes they win.

Give prizes to winners through a magic veil

The color spreads, then the name of the drawn winner appears in it, beside the prize they win.

Quickly give prizes to winners through a magic veil

In each cell, the color spreads and the winner's name appears, next to the prize they win. Draws can run back-to-back: the names stay on screen.

Give prizes to winners with a wheel of names

Names are placed on the wheel. It spins, slows down, stops on one of them: that name wins the prize. Beyond 50 names, a pre-draw of 50 finalists precedes each draw.

Give prizes to winners with a slot reel

A slot reel scrolls the names and stops on the winner, who takes their place beside their prize. Draws can run back-to-back: several slot reels spin at once.

3

Summary - winners by prize

Displays the summary of winners, grouped by prize in distribution order.
