When to use it
When you have many numbers to draw, want to keep them all in view, and want to give the room time to look up between two numbers: each reveal takes less than a second.
How chance is handled
The result is drawn at random before any animation, and the animation is built from it. What appears on screen brings only spectacle and suspense, but it does not choose the result.
