Host your gala or charity fundraiser

A charity gala keeps its promise when everyone sees where the prizes go. Raffle draw, bingo or prize draw: every number and every winner appears on the big screen, and the whole room follows the draw together.

Everything runs from your computer, connected to a TV or a projector.

Run your charity raffle draw on the big screen

You enter the raffle numbers in play as ranges, 1 to 500 for example, instead of typing them one at a time. Sold several books of tickets? Each book keeps its letter, A or B, in front of the number. Only the numbers you entered can be drawn, so enter the ones you sold.

At the gala, the raffle draw runs on screen, prize by prize. Each winning number appears next to the prize it wins, and the room discovers the results draw after draw.

Showcase your prizes

Each prize has a name, an image and a quantity to win. On the wheel, the more of a prize there is, the bigger its slice, and the final recap lists the winners prize by prize.

A winner isn't in the room? You exclude them and draw another number: the prize stays in play.

Were your prizes donated by partners? Between draws, show each sponsor's logo on the big screen with a thank-you message. Your own images are available starting with the “Essential” plan.

Run a charity bingo

For a game of bingo, each ball drawn appears on screen and lights up on the board of called numbers. You print your bingo cards as PDFs, with your logo, and each one has a QR code: when someone shouts “Bingo!”, you scan their card and know right away whether they've won. Cards come with the “Essential” and “Pro” plans.

Without cards, lotto simply draws numbers at random, from 1 up to the number you choose.

A transparent draw, in front of the whole room

Every draw happens on the big screen, in front of your donors. With the “Pro” plan, you then download the draw record as a PDF: it lists the draws that stand and the ones that were canceled. A public web address will let anyone check that a record is the one our server produced In development.

The “Pro” plan also adds the trusted third party: our server runs the draw itself and keeps a log of it.

Add a quiz to the event

Between two draws, launch a quiz: everyone answers from their phone, and the leaderboard appears on screen. The quiz where everyone plays at their own pace is included in every plan. The one where the whole room answers at once is part of the interactive games in the “Pro” plan.

Publish the results

Ticket holders who weren't there want to know whether they won. Publish the draw results: you get a link and a QR code to share, both leading to a page with the winners. The page opens only from its link, and search engines don't index it.

Frequently asked questions about your raffle draw

How many raffle numbers can I create?

500 raffle numbers on the “Discovery” plan, 5,000 on the “Essential” plan, 50,000 on the “Pro” plan.

Do I have to enter my numbers one by one?

No: a range of numbers goes on a single line, giving the first and the last.

Enter one line per range or per single number, and mix the two freely:

A : 1-500
B : 1-200
42

The letter before the colon is optional: it tells apart several books of tickets that each start again from 1. Pasting from a spreadsheet works: spaces, tabs and letter case are tidied up.

What is the difference between raffle numbers and participants?

They are two different things.

  • Raffle numbers: the tickets you draw. They are numbers, with or without a prefix.
  • Participants: anything you draw by name. People, but also plain text entries. They can come from your lists, your social media, phones, kiosks or the website.

Can I handle people who are absent?

Yes: you exclude the absent winner, then draw someone else instead.

  • During the broadcast, depending on the scene: “Cancel the last draw” excludes the winner who has just come up. That draw no longer counts: you draw again.
  • At the end: “Exclude absentees” excludes several winners at once. You get back as many draws as there are absentees.

An excluded person is out of all later draws for good.

Can I use my own images?

Yes, from the “Essential” plan up: 25 MB of images on the “Essential” plan, 200 MB on the “Pro” plan.

On the “Discovery” plan, scenes play with their default images: the ones you see in the previews.

Frequently asked questions about your bingo

How many bingo games can I play?

As many as you like, on any plan: the number of games is unlimited.

What the free “Discovery” plan leaves out is validating and printing the bingo cards. All paid plans include both, with no difference between them.

Are there regulations for bingo cards?

That depends on the country. We offer card printing, but it follows no regulation: if your country sets rules, our cards most likely do not meet them.

It is up to you to find out.

Frequently asked questions about plans

What do I get with a paid plan?

More participants, your logo on the screen, and data that is kept.

  • “Discovery”, free: everything is erased 24 hours after creation, our logo is shown, 100 participants.
  • “Essential”: your logo, your data kept, 1,000 participants.
  • “Pro”: on top of that, some quiz and phone game options, the server-side proof of the draw, a choice of region for your server, 10,000 participants.

How do payment and invoices work?

We entrust payment to Stripe, which bills you directly, on our behalf.

Your plan is a yearly subscription, and you can cancel its renewal at any time, from the second day. Your subscription still runs until the end of the year. If you stay subscribed, a loyalty discount applies to your renewal.
