The community group's bingo night, the volunteer fire department's raffle draw, the club tournament: every number, every match and the latest standings appear on the big screen, and the whole room follows along.

All you need is a computer connected to a TV or a projector. Nothing to install: everything runs in your browser.

Run your group's bingo night

For your bingo, every ball drawn appears in large print and lights up on the board of called numbers: even at the back of the room, everyone catches every number. You print your bingo cards as PDFs, with your group's logo, and each card has a QR code. When someone calls “Bingo!”, you scan their card and know right away whether they've won. Cards come with the “Essential” and “Pro” plans.

For a simple number draw without cards, lotto draws numbers at random.

Run your group's raffle draw

You enter the raffle numbers sold as ranges, book by book, instead of typing them one at a time. Each prize has its own image and quantity, and the raffle draw runs on screen, prize by prize. A winner has already gone home? You exclude them and draw another number.

Run your competitions and tournaments

Pétanque, bridge, chess, table tennis: your tournament is played over several rounds, and each round appears on screen, match by match. The schedule is built round by round based on the results, or set from the start. Scores are entered on your computer, or at the scorer's table on a phone or tablet, by scanning a QR code. Each time a match is approved, the standings update on screen, and the podium closes out the day. You download the standings as a PDF to post at the club.

Each sport can have its own rules. In pétanque, games are played to 13 points, or to 9, 11 or 15, and can be time-limited. The standings count games won, then point differential. Foosball, ping-pong and board games will get their own rules too Planned for February-March 2027, and group stages and single-elimination brackets are coming Planned for February 2027.

Split into random teams

For a club day, a friendly match or a scavenger hunt, the wheel splits your members into 2 to 10 teams, each with its own name and color. Nobody picks their teammates: chance decides, in front of everyone.

A quiz for club night

During your group's dinner, launch a quiz on the club's history or your local area: everyone answers from their phone, and the leaderboard appears on screen. The self-paced quiz is included in every plan. The one where the whole room answers at once is part of the interactive games in the “Pro” plan.

Frequently asked questions about your bingo and raffle draw

How many bingo games can I play?

As many as you like, on any plan: the number of games is unlimited.

What the free “Discovery” plan leaves out is validating and printing the bingo cards. All paid plans include both, with no difference between them.

Are there regulations for bingo cards?

That depends on the country. We offer card printing, but it follows no regulation: if your country sets rules, our cards most likely do not meet them.

It is up to you to find out.

How many raffle numbers can I create?

500 raffle numbers on the “Discovery” plan, 5,000 on the “Essential” plan, 50,000 on the “Pro” plan.

Do I have to enter my numbers one by one?

No: a range of numbers goes on a single line, giving the first and the last.

Enter one line per range or per single number, and mix the two freely:

A : 1-500
B : 1-200

The letter before the colon is optional: it tells apart several books of tickets that each start again from 1. Pasting from a spreadsheet works: spaces, tabs and letter case are tidied up.

Can I handle people who are absent?

Yes: you exclude the absent winner, then draw someone else instead.

  • During the broadcast, depending on the scene: “Cancel the last draw” excludes the winner who has just come up. That draw no longer counts: you draw again.
  • At the end: “Exclude absentees” excludes several winners at once. You get back as many draws as there are absentees.

An excluded person is out of all later draws for good.

How many participants can I add?

The number of participants depends on your plan:

  • 100 participants on the “Discovery” plan,
  • 1,000 participants on the “Essential” plan,
  • 10,000 participants on the “Pro” plan.

Same-day sign-ups have their own limit

Having people sign up on the day is counted separately:

  • 25 sign-ups on the “Discovery” plan, by QR code,
  • 100 sign-ups on the “Essential” plan, by QR code or at a kiosk,
  • 1,000 sign-ups on the “Pro” plan, by QR code, at a kiosk or from a web form.

How can participants sign up?
  • By phone: each participant scans a QR code and signs up from their phone.
  • At a kiosk: a screen or tablet, self-service or with a host, where everyone signs up. Available on the paid plans.
  • Through the website: an online sign-up form that you share with a link. On the “Pro” plan.

How many events can I create, and how long are they kept?

1 event at a time on the “Discovery” plan, 50 on the “Essential” plan, 1,000 on the “Pro” plan. This is not a yearly total: delete an event and its slot frees up for the next one.

On the “Discovery” plan, your event is deleted 24 hours after it is created.

On the paid plans, your events and their results are kept until the end of your subscription.

What do I get with a paid plan?

More participants, your logo on the screen, and data that is kept.

  • “Discovery”, free: everything is erased 24 hours after creation, our logo is shown, 100 participants.
  • “Essential”: your logo, your data kept, 1,000 participants.
  • “Pro”: on top of that, some quiz and phone game options, the server-side proof of the draw, a choice of region for your server, 10,000 participants.

How do payment and invoices work?

We entrust payment to Stripe, which bills you directly, on our behalf.

Your plan is a yearly subscription, and you can cancel its renewal at any time, from the second day. Your subscription still runs until the end of the year. If you stay subscribed, a loyalty discount applies to your renewal.
